Return Policy
Ergonomic Products (pillows, cushions, braces, supports):
- Customers can initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags/accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
Mattresses & Furniture:
- No returns or refunds are accepted.
- Only replacement is applicable in case of approved manufacturing defects.
Refund Policy
Ergonomic Products:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
- Refunds are completed within 15 working days, subject to your bank's processing timelines.
Mattresses & Furniture:
- No refunds are applicable.
- Only replacement will be offered in line with warranty terms.
Defective Products
Ergonomic Products:

- We will arrange a prompt exchange or refund, as per your preference.
Mattresses & Furniture:
- All mattresses come with a 5-year warranty for manufacturing defects only.

- Only replacement will be provided for approved claims.
